Hochhalter, Inc. has provided and installed a large solid-state switching relay to replace a failing electro-mechanical switching relay. The entire organ and console were rewired, including new key and pedal contacts. The organ now meets the requirements of the 1990 electrical code revision for pipe organs. The organ, built in 1903 by the Estey company, was electrified several decades ago.
